Gift was much appreciated by my girlfriend and she was surprised by the elegance and beauty of the earrings: they are made from silver with small emerald stones. Nice polish-look on the silver and great, deep green colour from the stones. Quite deep and bright colours actually, which we both like. :)

Kept up to date from point of order to delivery .The necklace is absolutely stunning so much nicer than the picture . It was a birthday present for my 16year old grandaughter , she hasn’t taken it off since I gave it to her. This is my second order and it won’t be my last

The necklace ordered, whilst very pretty, wasn’t quite what I wanted so I returned it. The process to do this was easy and refund promptly received. I would order again with confidence.

It was awful, i tried using a gift card which didn’t go through and set me back with my money for weeks. I was told this was due to the item being designer but the card says nothing about this (false advertisement). I then was told I’d receive a measly 10% refund which wouldn’t even be close to the £25 extra I spent and I am still yet to receive this refund anyways. I couldn’t return the present because I had already told the person who the first was for that I was buying it so it would let them down if I didn’t. Overall bad experience

Had a problem while ordering with a Blue Light Card code, quick call to customer service and this was put right immediately. Ordered and dispatched within hours, arrived as planned. Really pleased with the quality of the item, would not hesitate to order from R&O in the future.

The most unhelpful team I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
I purchased a ring for my husband and have only just given, as it was a gift, because I am a few weeks out of the return window they will not help at all. They make it sound like I waited months and months, I got in touch the minute I gave as a gift. I didn’t even want a refund, I asked for an exchange. Which I was happy to even pay the postage for.

If I’m completely honest the quality isn’t even that great. I would avoid avoid avoid!

You can tell a lot about a company’s social media and the fact they don’t get much interaction says a lot.

I would have liked a little more communication but that is my personal expectation as quiet an uptight person.
